1. Sandblasting pretreatment for the steel plate

2. Digital cutting machine to cut the steel plate, cut smooth and high precision

3. Main welding seam adopts auto arc merged welding, Ultrasonic, X ray nondestructive inspection.

4. The bridge and trolley frame adopts floor type boring machine to ensure the flatness of the machine side.

5. Painting: two primer before assembly, two finish coats of synthetic enamel after testing

2. All gears and pinions running on anti-friction type ball/roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication

3. The helical/spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation and long lifespan
